Sweaty Betty’s “Wear the damn shorts”campaign encourages women to forget worrying about the appearance of their legs and invest in a pair of shorts so that they can exercise in both comfort and style. But why are so many women still so reluctant to do it? We discuss it all and offer up some tips for those who don't feel confident to do so.
