  • Essential Oils for Hormone Balance: Interview with Jessica Frandson

Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #121! On this podcast, we will be diving into all things women's hormones to help you learn how to live in alignment with your female physiology. Too many women are living with their check engine lights flashing. You know you feel "off" but no matter what you do, you can't seem to have the energy, or lose the weight, or feel your best. This podcast exists to shed light on the important topic of healthy hormones and cycle syncing, to help you gain maximum energy in your life.

In today's episode, I'm interviewing co-founder of CAMPO Beauty, Jessica Frandson.

Childhood best friends Jessica Frandson and Jill King transformed their love of essential oils, the ancient art of aromatherapy, and luxury beauty oils into a modern aromatherapy brand. Together they are CAMPO.

Jess is serial entrepreneur with a gift for spotting needs not being met, creating products and services that simplify life and make it better. Most recently, she built and sold a hip hair tie company, Twistband, creating a movement and new category with hair ties that did not damage or leave dents in hair (no dents or damage to hair that you could wear as a bracelet, mixing fashion and function). Twistbands connected women of all ages and touted as the new Scrunchie. She has over 20 years of marketing and branding experience with the non-toxic cleaning company Simple Green, where she worked closely with R&D to develop natural scent stories for their products and brought them to market. Being the daughter of former hippies/gyspets in Laguna Beach she received an immersion education in essential oils. Jess studied with a top perfume maker to learn the art of making perfume, and then applied those principles to blending essential oils that had top, middle and base notes with amazing results.

In this episode, we talk about what essential oils are and how they can impact your health, from stress to focus to sleep. We dive into various blends that help with issues women deal with: migraine headaches, painful periods, perimenopause/menopause, better sleep, and so much more.

You can learn more about CAMPO Beauty by following them on social @CampoBeauty.

You can order CAMPO Beauty essential oil blends and diffusers at https://campobeauty.com?sca_ref=3283248.JHSqF7VPw9.

  • The Effects of EMF on Sleep and Hormones: Interview with Justin Frandson

Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #113!

In today's episode, I'm interviewing Justin Frandson, Athleticism Performance Coach and founder of EMF Rocks and athleticism.com. In working with his athletes, he noticed that many were dealing with impedences to their performance. For one of them, his smartwatch was causing numbness in his arm. He also knew that his wife's menstrual cycles had gone MIA, and dove deeper into reasons why these things were happening. What he found was that EMF, electromagnetic fields, that are man-made and come in the forms of things like 5G, X-ray/CT technology, wearables, and other various forms of electricity, are affecting the human body in many ways.

In this episode we dive into EMF and its effects on sleep as well as hormones, along with lifestyle tips to eliminate EMF exposure. We also dive deep into EMF rocks and how they can reduce EMF toxicity in your home and in your body.

You can learn more at Justin's websites and social media:

EMF Rocks GoBeyondSummit.com Instagram @emfrocks @athleticismneurostacking On this show, we mention the book The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenburg, found here. We also mention blue light blocking glasses. These are my favorite. One easy thing you can do that makes an impact on sleep quality is to implement outlet timers for your internet. Simply have them shut off at your bedtime to prevent EMF during your sleep. Previous episodes of the SYNC Your Life podcast that may help you in other ways with circadian rhythm and sleep, along with a more sustainable lifestyle, are as follows: The Benefits of Earthing Self-Sufficient Living: Interview with Dr. Michelle Jorgensen Liver Detoxification: Interview with Dr. Calvin Ng You can grab your own bag of EMF rocks at EMFrocks.com.
