In today's episode, I'm announcing the launch of my NEW, co-created digital course: Body Literacy: Understanding the Gut Microbiome. I partnered with Dr. Laura Brown, Amazon #1 bestselling author of "Beyond Digestion: How Gut Health Connects to Your Mind, Body, and Soul" to create a video and resource rich course to help teach you the ins and outs of understanding your body. We help you "peel back the onion" on your own root causes, helping you to become your own best advocate. We discuss food sensitivities, the gut-mood connection, gut-liver connection, gut-hormone connection, and even the benefits of pre, pro, and postbiotics. Dr. Brown gives us the details on Leaky Gut and Candida, and proper foods to incorporate into your diet, including ways to get more fiber. We touch on fermented foods, lifestyle factors such as sleep, and hormone health. It's a fantastic educational course we are so excited to launch in correlation with a Facebook community (accessible once you've purchased).
For a limited time, we are offering this at a discounted price. Check it out here!
