The New York Yankees bleacher seats have a community that dictates culture, anyone can buy a seat. The New York Yankees locker room has a culture that dictates it's community, you have to be invited.
EVERYONE would rather have a uniform and a locker than a ticket to the game.
In this episode I'm breaking down a simple, three step process you can use to start building elite culture in your business.

Social norms these days can have us thinking upside down. They did for me, and for my wife.
We struggled to be proud of things we are proud of. We struggled to be happy with the reality we worked so hrd to create. And we felt guilty for accomplishing.
Why?
And what are we doing about it?
Listen in.

Active Life is a personal development company disguised as a health, fitness, and business company.
We help people develop into the person they need and want to become in order to live a life of freedom, without compromise.
Too often peope are focused on the "what", as in "what do they need to do to get what they want to get", we prefer to focus on the "be", as in "who do you need to be to not need what you currently want to get?"
Enjoy
Confidence is circumstantial, self esteem is persistent.
On today's episode I sit down with Cody Ringle To discuss what makes confidence circumstantial, what makes self esteem persistent, and how one leads to conviction and value, but the other does not.
We also talk about how to get both.
Enjoy

Hi, Dr. Sean here... Years ago I told my friend, Rachel Balkovec that I felt like my voice was not coming through. I was speaking like a recent school graduate applying for their first job, timid, and unclear.
I wanted to speak more like Muhammad Ali, or Steve Jobs. You may not have sensed it, but until about a month ago I was still feeling like I was speaking in someone else's voice.
I felt like for years the old me spoke so loudly, brazenly, and brashly that I needed to quiet that way down. The best analogy I can share is that I was like a TV on full volume at a bar where only some people want to watch the game. I was distracting for everyone else, and even the people watching are having a hard time with the volume.
So I turned the knob down. I pleased everyone in the room as best I could by making it impossible to hear the TV unless you were sitting right near it. That led to people leaving the bar because they wanted to go where the TV was loud enough to enjoy the game, and their friends left with them.
I was confused. What is going on and why am I not "breaking through"? What I now understand is that it's time to turn the vilume back up. Way up. It's not a bar at all, it's. night club, and I'm the music.
I compromised for years. For as long as I can remember. That guy is gone. My personal development over the last six years has been intense, impactful, and intentional. I am the best husband I know how to be, the best father I know how to be, the best boss I know how to be, the best everything I know how to be, and I'm going to be even better tomorrow.
Welcome to the club.
Let's dance.
The CFO at Active Life asked Dr. Sean what his vision for the company is because he wants to keep it in mind as he steers the financial aspects of the company.
On this episode Dr. Sean breaks down that big, audacious vision.
Buckle up.
What we are experiencing today is a result of actions taken, and not taken, years ago. On this episode Dr. Sean and Larry break down the real life example of podcaster Chris Williamson, and more, as they dive into what it seems to take to experience meteoric growth in a very, seemingly, short period of time.

Is it just us or does it seem like every major corporation has an opinion about every social issue these days?
These opinions usually seem uninformed, lacking nuance, convenient, and commercially driven. Corporate America has taken the low road and become a source of division within our society, and on today's podcast Dr. Sean and Cody discuss it.
They do not take the middle road.
