In this episode Amy talks about the importance of holding high standards and having grit to call in the most aligned clients.

Amy shares how she’s constantly seeking a solution for evolution, meaning there’s constant change in her life as she is unwilling to settle if something isn’t a match or how she wants it to be.

Amy also goes into the concept of Alter Ego. In the understanding of Human Design, our soul chooses our human body for it to surrender to the soul in order to fulfil the mission it came here to do. This is our Alter Ego - our soul - while the ego is our human.

Our Alter Ego is here to fully live in the most authentic way. When we don’t connect to the identity of our Alter Ego we don’t live up to our potential. Why do most people operate in this way? Because it’s relatable!

Amy has created a not-relatable life by being an authority, knowing her genius - her codes - and working in all of this with emotional intelligence, personal development, brain reprogramming, Human Design and alignment.

In this episode Amy shares with us how a huge part in her trajectory and self-lead leadership has been around motherhood and single parenting while creating the life that she desires, raising her 3 babies and millions of dollars at the same time.

Amy wants to shed a light into what moms are doing inside of this world, creating a powerful dynamic between being a mother and a leader, which takes a lot of courage, boldness and certainty within self and one’s vision.

Amy explains how mastering motherhood gives us an incredible ability to master business as well. Both are unpredictable and needs are constantly changing and evolving. Being able to adapt and to hold resiliency and space inside of motherhood, will mirror this into business as well. It’s important to be fully embodied in who we really are in order for us to be a match for the wealth, the success and the reality of alignment. 

Operating from alignment, being a visionary and holding the responsibility of self-lead leadership will allow you to create realities that bend logic. You get to be in love with your children AND your work!

Lastly, Amy explains that, to be an aligned parent, it’s key to understand your children’s Human Design as well as holding emotional intelligence by knowing your triggers, doing the healing work and being in alignment with yourself first.

The Heart Center operates in different frequencies when Defined and Undefined (and Open). It’s crucial to energetically align to your highest frequency of this center and lead from there.

Defined Hearts have consistent will power, determination and drive. Understanding that this determination and focus isn’t about hustling but rather what the Heart truly desires and what you’re connected to moves you towards self-lead leadership.

Undefined (and Open) Hearts hold the most wounding: this is the number 1 space of self-sabotage, triggers, playing small and, therefore, true growth for yourself. Questions like “Am I worthy?” or “Am I good enough?” commonly arise. The Undefined Heart is all about your own identity of self-validation, self-worth and leadership.

Understanding our Heart Center and brining it to its highest frequency will raise our consciousness, relationships, self-perception and healing.

In this episode Amy Elizabeth shares with us her views on speed and how we all have the potential to accelerate our reality, if we’re willing to know ourselves, trust our Human Design authority and build enough personal power, self-leadership and authenticity to be able to move.

The deconditioning work inside of Human Design is unsexy - it’s very uncomfortable and not everyone is willing to do it. But, when we understand that this is part of the process of alignment and we’re able to hold the fears, the doubts, the “what ifs?”, the wondering…we will be welcoming the expansion necessary for our accelerated growth, from a place of power and being able to hold it all.

Amy invites you to decide your speed instead of being your own resistance. Let go of what you need to let go off, go with your speed, allow yourself to know yourself, don’t fear the dark and be willing to do all the unsexy work. However, Human Design won’t change us if we’re not willing to work with it. It ultimately comes down to building self-leadership, willingness and trust within self.

In today’s episode, Amy Elizabeth delves into sacral energy, particularly focusing on manifesting generators (mani gens) and generators. Amy emphasizes the importance of understanding ourselves to harness our unique energy effectively. She notes a common misunderstanding: many generators resonate with projector content due to their often slow-to-warm-up, reserved, and observational nature, unlike the more bubbly, outgoing manifesting generators.

Amy highlights the distinct energy dynamics between the two types. Manifesting generators often exhibit a lively, sparkly presence, quickly drawing attention and filling spaces with their vibrant energy. In contrast, generators tend to have a more deliberate, intense energy that unfolds as they become comfortable in their surroundings. Generators often dim their natural presence to fit in. Still, both types draw people towards them differently—generators through a more intentional, observed approach, and manifesting generators with a more immediate, noticeable impact.

Amy also encourages mani gens and generators to embrace their innate ability to draw in the desired outcomes effortlessly by being true to their sacral energy. This involves overcoming any internalized shame about their powerful presence and allowing their energy to flow without restraint.
