When I first got my dog Winnie from the shelter, she was a shivering, terrified, mangey little mound of cute. 

Not all that unlike myself whenever I would try to embark on a flirtation. 

Flirtation is an embodied experience of play.  You can flirt with a person, an animal, a pain au chocolat, a cherry blossom tree - anything really!
