Hello friends, I did a mini-series of podcasts nearly a year ago during the fall of 2023.
I recorded these with a 40-minute time restraint. The platform I used to record was only allowed for such a time. If you have followed my podcast in the past, you know I love raw, authentic conversation. I've never been one for scripts. These podcasts coming up are short, impactful, and fun.
My friend Tyler Beede and I kicked off the mini-series. Ty and I met in 2021 during spring training with the San Francisco Giants. We bonded over breathwork and human performance. Our friendship was maintained as he went on to pitch for different teams across the Major Leagues and even had a stint in Japan.
Enjoy this conversation with my friend Tyler.
One Love

Episode 151 the boys finally grabbed the mic. A long and anticipated podcast with Nick Bjugstad of the Minnesota Wild. Nick is a former 1st round pick for the Florida Panthers after attending the University of Minnesota. He was Mr. Hockey in Minnesota out of Blaine and is an absolute beast out on the ice.
The tall, gangly stud loves to talk breathing. Loves to talk cold and is swimming in the deep end as far as consciousness goes. Dive in with the fellas as Big Nick brings home a handful of nuggets talking all subjects living.

Tucker and Harvey are former teammates through the Milwaukee Brewers organization where Tucker was a 2nd round draft pick out of High school. After a few years of professional baseball injuries soon plagued his career and it was time to move on. After 4 years of living in a van and finding peace in simplicity. Tucker traveled the world letting his curiosity lead his path. In the current moment, that path has led to Tahoe. Where Tucker is currently studying and practicing interior designing and hiking the backcountry to snowboard the mountains.
A few weeks ago Tucker and Harvey were in Tahoe together. Sharing dinner and telling old stories. Tucker who just recently built his home in a shipping container and now rips through the world's mountain ranges has some great ones to tell.
Enjoy Folks

Spencer Robinson is a writer who quit his day job in 2020 to devote himself to writing screenplays full time. Although scripts are the focus, he has also written songs with a local recording artist, interviewed professional athletes for the lifestyle clothing brand UNRL, and given a best man speech to boot.
Originally a declared sports management major, Spencer switched his field of study to English & Film at Minnesota State University Mankato. It was around this time he began to gain a real sense of clarity and direction, diverging onto his own unique path. It is his intention to tell stories that get made into movies that move you, make you think, and maybe make you laugh.
Some priorities in Spencer’s life are faith, people, health, learning, and baseball. He coaches at Champlin Park High School in the spring and the Legion ball team in the summer.
