What are the real "keys" to getting results — and keeping them? In this episode of The Brad Jensen Show, I'm joined by three of our most senior Key Nutrition coaches: Tom Hippler, Jenn Pinnell, and Chelsey Bird. With our recent rebrand to Key Nutrition, I wanted to sit down with three coaches who have spent years in the trenches helping real people navigate fat loss, nutrition, training, mindset, and everything life throws at them. I asked each coach the same five questions centered around one theme: What is actually KEY to creating lasting success? What followed was an incredible roundtable discussion. We talk about the habits that separate successful clients from those who continually start over, the nutrition principles people tend to overcomplicate, how to stay consistent when motivation disappears, what people waste way too much energy focusing on, and what someone should prioritize if they're ready to finally make a change that lasts. What I loved most about this conversation is how differently each coach approached the questions. Tom, Jenn, and Chelsey each brought their own experiences, philosophies, and perspectives — and gave incredibly practical answers you can apply to your own journey immediately. This episode also gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the caliber of coaches we have at Key Nutrition and the philosophy behind the way we coach. Whether you're struggling to lose weight, trying to become more consistent, or simply looking for the next level in your health and fitness journey, I guarantee there's something in this conversation you need to hear. These are the keys that actually move the needle. What happens when someone publicly disagrees with you, criticizes your message, or reacts to your content in a way you don't exactly love? Your first instinct might be to defend yourself, fire back, or let your ego take over. In this episode of The Brad Jensen Show, Craig Smith and I break down a recent situation where someone reacted to one of my videos and strongly disagreed with my message. He wasn't attacking me personally—he was attacking the message and challenging my perspective. I had a choice. I could get defensive and respond from my ego, or I could take the high road. I chose the latter. Instead of firing back, I responded with kindness and even reached out to him personally. I told him there was no love lost, that I respected what he does, and that I think he creates great content—even though we absolutely do not see eye to eye on the carnivore diet. What happened next was pretty damn cool. He made another video about my response that was not only hilarious, but incredibly kind toward me as a person. That opened up a much bigger conversation between Craig and me about something we desperately need more of: the ability to disagree without becoming enemies. Not everyone is going to agree with your message. Not everyone is going to see the world the way you do. And someone challenging your ideas doesn't automatically mean they're attacking you. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is put your ego aside, stay curious, take the high road, and leave room for respectful disagreement. Because when you stop treating every disagreement like a personal attack, you might actually learn something, build a relationship, or turn a potential enemy into a connection. We need more conversations like that. In this episode of The Brad Jensen Show, I sit down with Javier Lucas Coles—entrepreneur, father, author, and powerful leader—for a deep conversation about what masculinity actually means. We unpack why masculinity feels like it's under attack today, but probably not for the reasons you might think. Lucas breaks down the difference between healthy, grounded masculinity and the loud, aggressive, macho bullshit that often gets mistaken for it. True masculine leadership isn't about control or dominance. It's about being calm, collected, capable, and powerful. It's about taking responsibility, creating safety, and leading from the front—especially inside your own home. We dive into what it means for men to tap into their divine masculine, how fathers can show up more intentionally for their families, and why leadership starts with how you live when nobody is watching. While this conversation is geared heavily toward men, I think women will get just as much value from hearing Lucas explain these concepts. And this is only part one—we'll be coming back for a second conversation geared more toward the feminine perspective. If you're a man who wants to become a better leader, father, husband, entrepreneur, or simply a more grounded version of yourself, this conversation will challenge you to take a hard look at how you're showing up. On this episode of The Brad Jensen Show, Brad and cohost Craig Smith put some of the most popular personal development strategies to the test—ranking them from S Tier all the way down to F Tier. From breathwork, therapy, life coaching and journaling to reading, walking, meditation and more, we break down what we believe actually helps you evolve—and what might be overrated. We share our personal experiences with each strategy, where we think they can be incredibly valuable, and why no personal development tool matters much if you're not willing to actually apply what you learn. Some rankings might surprise you. Others might piss you off. If you're serious about becoming a better version of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, this episode is for you.
