We’re doing things a little differently for episode one, as my producer Charlie is interviewing me! I thought it would be a great opportunity to tell you more about my journey in the health and biohacking space and why I am so excited to make this series.
I’m 45 now and in the best shape of my life, but that hasn’t always been the case. Eight years ago I was overweight, depressed and unmotivated. In desperation, I turned to biohacking to sort my brain out, which came with an unexpected bonus of losing three stone, beating brain fog and gaining tons of energy.
Whatever your intentions or goals, I hope our conversation leaves you empowered and motivated to learn more and do more, so that you can lead a healthier and happier life.
