Mike Ehredt ran cross country on the same trails that the Hennepin Hundred race starts in Sterling, Illinois. His love of running has gave him the opportunity to run iconic races like Hardrock 100,  Dragon Back Race in Wales (described as the World's toughest Mountain race) and was on the show Human Race.
