In today’s episode, I’m talking with Theresa Lear Levine and we’re going to be talking about the emotional freedom Technique or as it’s more commonly known, tapping.
Now, I think it’s important off the bat to acknowledge that EFT is a little more out there than a number of other topics that I’ve covered on this show. And while there are studies to support EFT, what I think is more important to take away is that we want to be doing things that work - and that isn’t to say that EFT will definitely work for you, we all are going to have different levels of success with anything that we do, but what I’m getting at here is that when listening to this episode I’m going to encourage you to have an open mind and if you’re interested in seeing how it works I did a short 10-minute session demonstrating EFT that you can get access to by emailing Theresa at [email protected] with the subject line "Hacking Your ADHD" and she'll send you that private session right away!
