Following her retirement in 2022, Liz had a transformative epiphany, recognizing the profound influence of emotions on posture, movement quality, and power production. This revelation has fueled her dedication to rewiring body and mind to cultivate a peak emotional state, aiming for ultimate performance at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
