The ladies are back to discuss how they are feeling since joining a choir and to hear more from Richard Forbes about how and why he formed the Rvoiceschoir. They hear feedback from listeners; one of whom continues the weeks musical theme by sending in a rather catchy cold shower song and discuss nightingale dropping facials, hyaluronic acid for your hair and a new podcast that they are both obsessed with.

Richard Forbes
Rich Forbes is a London based Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Vocal Coach and Choir Master.
After graduating from Musicians Institute London, 18 years ago, he has performed, written and produced in studios and on stages all over the world, working with and alongside artists such as Sam Smith, Paloma Faith, as well as finalists from Britain's Got Talent and X Factor. His wealth of experience in technique and live performance has allowed him to extend his coaching into London's West End, where he currently has clients in various productions including: Beautiful, Thriller Live, Bodyguard, Wicked, Dirty Dancing and Starlight Express (Germany).
He teaches people of all ages at all levels. His professional work has led him to lead the vocals on campaigns for Prego , Just Eat, John Lewis and Paddy Power. He also composed the score for Bafta winning British Feature Film, 'Convenience' as well as various film and theatre productions over the last few years. His first musical ‘Hamelin’ played to 8 sold out shows on it’s debut run.
Rich runs an adult contemporary choir called 'R' Voices in North London. It’s an inclusive choir, comprised of people of all ages and backgrounds that sing repertoire from Destiny's Child, to Coldplay and The Beatles to Justin Bieber. No-one auditions and they learn by ear. It boasts 100 + members. Rich says “It is without doubt the most rewarding musical experience in his life right now!”
