Relationship capital will get you much farther than you think
Yousef: "Know the valets, know the doormen, understand the airport procedures, and if you run into a roadblock, don't start having a hissy fit going, I'm security, I'm in charge of this.
"You got to build that relationship because you might be back to that airport in a month, in a week, and you might have to see this person all the time. So if you're burning up all your relationship capital being an a-hole, you're going to get that right back."

Yousef: "This cyber threat turned into a physical threat just like that. You're seeing this in banking a lot obviously too, so that's a big shift. There is how to identify scams or advise your or building, maybe a division of your executive protection on advising the client on everyday things."
