We’re back for part two of our discussion about feminine libido!
In our last episode, we touched on many of the spiritual factors that need to be taken into account when we’re looking at our libido. If we are not in a state of feminine energy, we will struggle with our libidos. This is a constant struggle with the pressures that have been pushed on us by society over the past several decades.
In order for us to truly understand our libido, we must first nourish ourselves on a nutritional level to support our metabolism and the role it plays in our ovulation. For women who find themselves in a state of burnout and masculine energy, we must shift back into our feminine energy to truly experience the vulnerability and surrender that is necessary for sexual pleasure.
