Today Kaeli shares a very special episode with a high-growth client of hers who has made some extremely difficult (and in some ways counter-intuitive) decisions during covid and has flat out reaped the benefits by doubling down in some of the “intangible” areas of his business.

A typical over achiever, after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, Dr. Waltzman attended the University of California Irvine School of Medicine where he was accepted into one of the country’s pioneer dual degree MD/MBA programs at the Paul Merage School of Business. He was then accepted directly from medical school into a highly competitive combined Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, a program with a long tradition of training leaders in the field of Plastic Surgery.

Following his residency, Dr. Waltzman decided to pursue additional subspecialty training by completing an advanced Aesthetic Surgery fellowship at the internationally renowned Cleveland Clinic

Dr. Waltzman is active in influential research within the field of Plastic Surgery. He has written book chapters and has published his research in various prestigious medical journals.

For those of you who are traditional long time listeners of the podcast, you may remember back 15 episodes I made the decision to record a “Reflections” episode every 15 podcasts.  I thought of how impactful it would be to review the last 15 episodes and give a theme to what the past 15 weeks meant for us.

I go back to my college days with an experience I had in relation to being my authentic self.  I’ve developed confidence and stayed true to myself even when it may not be the easy or comfortable route to take.  Part of the work I’ve done that has allowed this confidence to emerge is through Finding My own Voice.

In part, it’s taken 30 hours of podcasting in addition to countless conversations, teachings, videos and writing to untangle the thoughts that have been so scrambled in my head.  While I’m still working through this philosophy and how to clearly articulate it, I realize that the past 15 episodes have really helped me accept the fact that I’m different.  I have a different perspective.

But I also realized this.  I’m not actually alone.

I’m really thrilled to share this absolutely badass episode with you today. I had the honor of interviewing one of the aesthetic industry’s favorite nurse injectors, Traci Andreason and I picked her brain on all the hot questions from growing an IG following into the tens of thousands to converting social media leads to patients, to staying authentic and true to herself when her industry current is gripping her to look and act like everyone else on the market
