We can have every workout & nutriton target we need to reach our goals, but what many of us forget about is our mindset, and how much of an impact that has on our success. If we approach things thinking they will never work, then there is a high chance that will be the outcome. If your internal narrative is telling you day in, day out you can't do it, you're just not fit, it never works, why would you even bother trying? We need to approach tasks & goals with a growth mindset. A belief that we can learn, that we can succeed.
