The online world is an exaggerated space filled with a number of filters that it is unfair for you to compare your life to what you see online.

Regardless of the filter, people nowadays recognize authenticity and you should not feel the need to cover up who you truly are. 

Always remember that the value of the content you deliver is greater than the color of the eyeshadow on your face.

There is so much value and growth that comes with time, but it’s important to know when it’s time to raise your rates.

The thought of raising your prices is scary because you are sceptical about who will pay for your services /products at that rate. If you stick to that thought, you will feel overwhelmed.

You’ll quickly realize your growth is limited yet you are booked out. 

So how do you adjust your pricing?

1. Look at your current rates
2. Ask yourself is this where I want to be
3. Get fully aware of your costs, your market and your desire

Undercharging is nothing more than your fear trying to keep you safe.

However you do not have to let your fear control you. When you step out of it, you can then charge your worth. Don’t let fear allow you to undercharge. Be confident in your value and you will attract the right clients.

Look, loving what you do is everything. 

I mean, you spend a good portion of your life investing your time, your money, your energy into the work that you do. And may I also remind you, that you started a business for a reason, perhaps to have more time, to have more money, to have more flexibility, to have more freedom.

To have whatever you want. 

So when is the last time that you've sat and evaluated those things?

We all have fallen into this trap. You get weighed down by the expectations, by the pressure, by the deadlines, by the yeses, by all of these things that are happening around you. And unfortunately, what happens is you end up with a diluted version of what you came here to do. 

You lose sight of the vision.

That time that you wanted back, now you have less of it. 

That money that you wanted, now seems to be kind of only coming in little spurts. 

You want it to be with your friends and family more often. But you're seeing them less.
