The bottleneck in your business is you. It is what you procrastinate, the services you cannot stand offering,the things people are continuously asking for.

And when you are the bottleneck, things stop - or drastically slow down.

So how do you overcome this bottleneck?

1. Recognize what you keep putting off
2. Learn  to delegate tasks to your team. This will allow you to work on other aspects of your business
3. Ask for help for particular tasks you are not interested in doing and take your time back!

You don’t have to do everything in your business.  Learning how to work with others will create a big impact in your business and give you a sigh of relief.

Like the majority of business owners, the thought of sales puts hair on their asses because they perceive the sales process as gross, bad and wrong.

Today I want to give you just a few bite-sized ways that you can start to develop a financial system that really works with you.

Now ​​look, I know how terrifying looking at numbers can be BUT I can also sit here and honestly speak about how liberating and exciting it can be as well.

1. First and foremost, I want you to create a Money Day. Every single week, choose one day to look at your numbers (creating this habit is really going to give you so much of the Powerback® because you're going to have knowledge, and knowledge is power);
2. Then I want you to consider getting set up with an official accounting software (Personally, I love QuickBooks);
3. Finally, I want you to get that freebie set up; that introductory offer that causes people to say, ‘Yes, I'd like to learn more.’

Creating a financial system that works for you does not have to be cumbersome; it does not have to be complicated; it does not need to have all these bells and whistles involved in it. 

The most important thing here is to find something that works for you!

Beauty is such a broad topic and feeling beautiful starts with yourself - it's not an external validation

This week, I want to encourage you to take your Powerback® by stepping into your confidence. 

Now you might be thinking, ‘But Laura how in the world do I do that? Like all of a sudden, I’m just gonna roll out of bed one day and be like, ‘I'm fucking fantastic?’’

Well, you can absolutely have more days like that, but confidence actually starts with the small actions.

One of the easiest and most simplistic things that you can do for yourself and your confidence is to be silent for 5 - 10 minutes a day. And in that timeframe, just let whatever happens, happen.

Because it's in those silent moments, those pauses, when you really truly begin to hear yourself (maybe even for the first time!).

And it's in those moments that you get to take your Powerback®.
