Long overdue solo episode! I struggled to earlier this year with what direction to take my personal story, as its hard to zoom out far enough to see the big picture at times. When I started this podcast I was just seeing the light at the end of the tunnel from the dark night of the soul years, but now that things have settled, its given me enough time to see the chronic nervous system stress patterns, functional shut down, and flight states stemming from unhelpful beliefs about myself that lead me to that dark place to begin with. 

Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, has a second Master's of Science in Functional Medicine and Nutrition, is certified in EFT/tapping, Life coaching, and completed several other certifications and trainings including Somatic Embodiment, Master Blood Chemistry, Mind Body Spirit release, Autonomic Response Testing, and Mind Body Masters using German New Medicine.
