Episode 83: Find yourself saying you are broken, flawed or human? What words do you use to complete the sentence "I am…"? The words you use will define you.
When I look at broken, flawed and human, I agree you are two of these things. Which 2 do you agree with? And why?
Join me on today's podcast to look at these terms and how they relate to our human experience. Defining them has impacts on your weight, your experiences, and your life. Let's do that in a way that builds you up, not tears you down.

Episode 80: Think you should love your body as it is... But don't?
Think you should lose weight but that sets an example to girls of not loving your body as it is?
It's all so confusing. That's why I'm exploring body positivity on the podcast today.
Your weight will never equal your personal value. Unless you let it. Culture and the diet industry will teach you to let it and body positivity offers a different, sometimes equally harmful, alternative. Where can we agree?
When we start discussing what really matters (and doesn't) in weight loss, there's a lot we can all get behind in terms of body positivity. This is beneficial information for all women and especially helpful to be shared with those young ladies in our lives who are growing up in an age where all these questions have become forefront for their relationships with their bodies.

Join me for today's podcast as I share what recent evidence says about low-calorie, low-carb, and whole foods!
