Statistics show 61% of adults have experienced at least one ace (adverse childhood experience) before the age of 18. With the number of people who have had to go through childhood trauma, it’s no wonder that there continues to be a rise in drug addiction as people try and find a way to cope with their past trauma. That's why I am so glad to have author and former model Suki Jones as this episode's guest to have this important discussion. 

Growing up Suki dealt with a lot from an abusive alcoholic dad to her parent's constant fighting, to her grandfather molesting her Suki had to deal with so much trauma as a child which led to her beginning to use drugs as early as 13.
