The Important Lesson a Tree Can Teach You Today

I got stuck in a RUT.

After taking a 1.5-month hiatus from podcasting because my mom was sick, and wound up passing away it's been hard to get back.

Just to talk to people, taking the step of sharing my face, voice, words, thoughts, and emotions.

It's hard to take the first step, and the second, and the fifth...

But I saw something on a tree today that taught me a lesson... so I grabbed my mic and ran with it to make sure I could share it with you.
