In today’s episode of 20 Questions with JCN, Jessica is joined by the fabulous Sally O’Neil. Sally shares her passion for bringing awareness to education around the nutrition space, alongside her hidden talent for musical theatre and passion for cottage cheese and berries.
You may know Sally’s work from her online presence, where she inspires others to adopt a healthy lifestyle via her beautifully crafted website and blog, The-fit-foodie.com and social media channels. Off the back of the success of her blog, Sally published her first book, Love Move Eat, with Random House in 2017 (available in print & ebook). Sally’s second book was released in Australia and the UK in September 2019 with Murdoch books titled The Fit Foodie Meal Prep Plan, and is now also available in Canada, Germany, USA and France.
As a food photographer and stylist Sal is also in the process of launching an online learning platform for aspiring food photographers at @foodprostudio. See her work at Sallyoneilphotography.com and on Instagram.
