Here's why quitting is the best thing ever.
Don’t demonize quitting. Celebrate it.
I love quitting. I also have a huge track record of quitting things that weren't working in my life (as you'll hear in this episode).
When you honor your intuition and know how to take inspired action, quitting will feel really good and free. 'Cause, we're all seeking freedom, right? Quitting takes more courage and devotion that sticking it out, keeping it on the resume to "look good" for the next employer, and hoping to see if the relationship will get better.
Quitting is the starting line. Quitting is the most wildly empowering thing you can do. And, if you want a better life - try eliminating all of the things that aren't working in your life and just enjoy the good stuff. This is a whole lot easier than uprooting your life, moving to Bali, and doing the whole 4-Hour Work Week methodology to get a brand spanking new life.
This episode is perfect for anyone looking to do something new in their life. If you're looking for a starting line, this is it.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- Why you should quit the stuff that's no working in your life.
- How to know when you should quit something. (+ How to tune into your own intuition to find the answer).
- How to know when change is on the horizon in your life and what to do about it.
- About the metaphor of the rising phoenix and why you've gotta die to be reborn.
- How to ask the super empowering question of: "what's not working in my life?"
- Why awareness is the first step to change.

Sometimes, it’s the only way to get the right answer & arrive at your truth.
Quite often, we default to what we know, what've we've been told, and what we've done in the past. In reality, sometimes we have to chuck all that out and simply tune into how it feels in the present moment.
You are a different person now. You have so much new knowledge and you must honor that. (Yay for personal growth!) Now, this can feel really awkward when you need to pipe up and explain that something which worked in the past, no longer feels right.
When you need to make a big choice or when the wind in your sails changes, listen to this episode and learn how to express that vocally and how to silence your inner critic when it says what you "should" do instead.
In this episode, you'll also learn how to give yourself the grace and permission to say what you feel, honor your soul's calling, and express that you've had a change of heart. Often, we can feel flaky or worry that people won't respect us anymore if we share our truth, yet it's far better than showing up with resentment.
This episode is perfect for anyone moving through change, a personal evolution in their life, or if you need a tiny reminder to just be who you are in this moment in time, no matter what you did before.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- How to listen to your intuition and take the feelings-based approach.
- That you are your own guru and all of your answers are inside of yourself.
- How to say no and tell people that you've changed your mind.
- How to quit something that you've said yes to previously.
- How to throw out everything you've learned and honor what your body is telling you in the present moment.
- How to lean into the best case scenario and the worst case scenario when making a leap.
- Why you need to stop "shoulding" all over yourself.

“Creativity & spirituality are the same thing.”
Today my friends, you are in for a divine treat! I'm obsessed with Kristin and Natalie's podcast and now they are here on the pod sharing their work with us.
Kristin and Natalie are both true creatives living fully self-expressed. Natalie is and access, author, and spiritual teacher and Kristin is a director, writer, and a producer. Together, they co-founded The C.R.E.A.T.E. Series and teach how the universal laws work in our creative process, why pleasure and play are necessary, and sharing the metaphysical truth behind the pathway to your dreams.
In this episode, we talk all about the creative process and how this is truly a spiritual practice. Doing your dharma means learning to dance with the muse, work with the universe, and practice a whole lot of faith, trust, and grace. Kristin and Natalie also touch on the art of surrendering and the fact that we're not in charge with our visions - the universe is and it's guiding us.
Lastly, we talk about how when things get hard and the growing pains get real, it means that the creative process is working. And, that this is the time to rise because the universe is always working in your favor and is supporting your growth.
This is such a fun episode and I hope you love it just as much as I did. So, come hang out with us for the hour!

This is the hidden barrier preventing you from getting to the next level.
Sometimes, we don't know what's actually holding us back from leveling up our life. You know that feeling when you feel blocked, but you don't know why?
Speaking from the heart, I had several big blocks I needed to clear as I'm transcending and going to the next level in my business right now. This is the best it's ever been, but part of me felt like: "OMG I literally can't reach for the next monkey bar." If you've been there, you totally know what I mean.
The Big Leap illuminated what I'd been doing to myself: I was indirectly and secretly self-sabotaging. Naturally, we have a hidden glass ceiling that we place on ourselves and our bodies have a natural set point of success. And, if we go any higher, our mind and body says: "Oh! This is totally new and dangerous, we gotta tone it down!"
In this episode, you'll learn what is the upper limit problem, how to overcome it, and how to clear your success blocks. Plus, I openly share how important it is to speak about our accomplishments and how we can help each other rise because when we shine our light, we inspire others to do the same.
So, my friends, this episode is a MUST listen for anyone who's on the verge of a breakthrough right now. Download it and tune in right away.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- What is the upper limit problem and why we naturally limit our success.
- How to overcome your upper limit problem.
- Ways in which you might be self-sabotaging your own success. (+ How you might be doing it without even realizing it).
- How I personally overcame my own money, success, business blocks.
- How to loosen the grip and truly let go.
- New mantras to use when you feel yourself self-sabotaging.
- How to stop "making it happen" and tap into allowing, receiving, and work with your yin energy.

"How would it feel to allow it in the way it's meant to happen?"
Today, I am so excited to welcome my friend Leticia Ringe to the show and deep dive on some of the topics that I've been really exploring lately.
If you have spent a lot of your life in the masculine energy, hustling, grinding, and going upstream, then this conversation is going to feel like a grounding deep exhale. Leticia shares all about how to embody feminine energy, reconnect with your feminine cycle and reclaim that sacred part of who you are.
We also touch on the other parts of the sacred feminine that include creating space and stillness in your life through honoring the yin energy. This also is the groundwork for listening to your intuition, hearing your soul's guidance and finding your life's purpose.
Leticia also shares how this was a learned practice for her, especially coming from being a lawyer and then moving to London, and transitioning to her true soul's calling as a life coach. In this episode, we also deep dive on what that life pivot looked like and how you can do it too.
This is such a gorgeous, heart-centered chat. It's really going to feel like you are sitting with us we're all talking about feminine essence and enjoying a lavender Madame Dry crystal water too! Enjoy!
About Leticia:
Leticia is a Purpose & Feminine Essence Coach based in London and originally from Sydney, Australia. She is a qualified Beautiful You Life Coach, trained Theta Healer and host of the Create a Life that is Beautiful Podcast and TV. Leticia supports her community to create a life they love, enjoy and are inspired by through embracing their purpose and feminine essence. Before this work, Leticia spent 10 years in the corporate world and worked as a lawyer before walking away to start her own passion-based, purpose-driven self-growth business. She also gave up alcohol in 2017 and is now a proponent of an alcohol-free lifestyle.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- How to set an intention. (+ How goals are different than intentions).
- Why we need to make friends with our hard feelings.
- Leticia's journey and how she make the life pivot from being a lawyer to becoming a life coaching and doing her soul's work.
- How she gave herself space to find her life's purpose. (+ Why space was the secret, key ingredient).
- How to find your purpose in life by stopping "trying to find it" and allowing it to come to you.
- Why we need space in our life in order to receive, listen to our intuition, and hear the next step.
- How to bring space into your everyday through a mindful minute.
- How to work with the moon to increase your feminine essence.
- How your feminine cycles can flow with the moon.
- Why feminine energy is so powerful.
- That "beauty is the anchor for the present moment."
- How to let go and use that resistant, fighting energy to be used towards trust and allowing.
- "How would it feel to allow it in the way it's meant to happen?"
- That "to have the most control you need to relinquish your control. That's you exercising your power."
- Why Leticia stopped drinking, how she made that choice, and how it's expanded her world. (+ Tips if you are also considering making the switch).
- "Forget everything you know and start figuring out who you really are."

This is all about letting things magically come to you.
Creating space and stillness is the secret sauce to getting what you want. Quite often, we pack our schedules in, do back-to-back meetings, and then wonder why the creative ideas, new clients, or new relationships aren't showing up.
In our modern world, we usually assume that if we do more, we'll get more. This isn't always the case. In today's episode, we're talking all about how to call in your desires by physically creating the space for something new to show up. It's the difference between getting a bunch of divine downloads after your tropical holiday versus waiting for the inspiration to spark after a day of endless meetings and draining appointments.
And most importantly, you'll learn that creating space and stillness is actually an action. This is an active choice and being is just as powerful as doing.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- How to create more space and stillness in your life to draw in your desires.
- Why the universe loves to fill empty space and how it can't if you have a jam-packed schedule.
- Why space and stillness is part of the manifestation puzzle.
- How to create more time for yourself and small, simple actions you can take that only take a few minutes.
- How to carve out more time for yourself by getting rid of all of the things that don't serve you.
- Why boundaries are so important to protect your sacred space and how to craft your boundary statement with ease and grace.
- Why saying "no" to something is actually an invitation for a "yes" somewhere else in your life.

"Reclaiming our power & stepping into our power isn't something we attain, it's something that we always have within us."
Welcome back our first repeat guest, Katie Kurtz! As a listener favorite with her first episode on making friends as an adult, Katie is back on the podcast with us to share her divine wisdom and light.
Today, we are deep diving on how to show up as your real self - especially when you feel like you've worn a filter or a mask for your whole life. Whether that was trying to fit in, prove your worth, or be socially validated and accepted (like myself), we can all fell like we've lost what's real.
Most importantly, Katie and I talk about how to show up as the real you in those relationships where you'd rather contract, shy away or dim your light. This could be getting quiet around your boss, in-laws, or other people that you feel like you need to appear a certain way around. I get this question about full self expression in all areas of your life a lot from my coaching clients and listeners and I just knew that Katie was the exact person to share the right answer.
In today's chat, Katie also shares how to honor the fear, especially around the worry that people won't be real with us too if we let our guard down. One of my favorite things that she says is to dig deep and truly ponder the worst case scenario would be if you showed up fully expressed. (Because it probably wouldn't be that bad and it's simply the stories in our head holding us back).
This episode is such a treat and I deeply respect and admire Katie's work. So, tune in, grab your notebook, and you'll be well on your way to genuine, soul-bursting connection.
About Katie:
Katie Kurtz is an Internationally Certified Life Coach, yoga teacher and speaker who guides women to connect with their authentic selves + courageously live life on their own terms. She is the founder of Soul Connect, a coaching + connection movement that is redefining how women connect to themselves and each other. Through her coaching, in person gatherings, yoga experiences + events, Katie's authentic spirit and gift as a connector allows her to create a unique space for women to be themselves, embrace their humanness, and reclaim what's real.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- Why we shouldn't engage in weather talk and how you can stop leaning on it.
- That we ALL are craving more intimate, deeper, soulful connection with others.
- That now is the time to do what you want because you'll never be ready.
- "That reclaiming our power and stepping into our power isn't something we attain, it's something that we always have within us."
- How yoga was Katie's gateway to self expression, self-development, and authentic living.
- That "when we use our breath and our bodies, we are coming into a deep connection with who we are."
- How to get real with your fear. (+ How fear gets louder as we go into the direction of our dreams and that's okay).
- How to use your fear as a guiding compass. (+ Katie's lighthouse analogy).
- "I know that when I feel fear, it's like a lighthouse and it's guiding me."
- How to show up as your real self in situations where you'd rather wear a mask, a filter, or keep people at an arm's length. (+ How to think about what would happen if you let go of your "shoulds" and showed up real?)
- How to dive deeper in a conversation with people right off the bat.
- Why it's easier to celebrate others, but not ourselves.
- "That the more we show up as who we are, the more we inadequately give others the permission to do the same."
- "When we show up as ourselves, when we don't put on filters, when we are unapologetic about who we are, that's how we reclaim what's real."
- Not to take it all so seriously.

"Bliss not as a facade, but as a moment to moment reality that I choose."
Get ready, this episode just might be my favorite of all time! We have both Jacki Carr and Mary Beth LaRue together on the show. (OMG, I know. It's like Christmas morning).
Jacki and Mary Beth are the founders of Rock Your Bliss, a coaching and transformation company that I've deeply loved and today, we're talking about some of the biggest tools and topics I've resonated with in their coaching programs.
In this episode, we deep dive on faith and trust. These two words alone bring up so much stuff and Jacki and Mary Beth explore how to practice trust when things feel wildly uncertain, when you're grasping at nothing, and in those moments when shit really does hit the fan. They also share how they return to wholeness and self acceptance in those minutes that can feel like weeks.
We also touch on crafting an intentional social media practice and this concept of letting go of trying to "make it." As growth seeking beings, we're always on the lookout for what's next or trying to build our lives after we see what other people are doing. We talk a lot about letting go of this "I'll be happy when" syndrome that many of us dwell in. (Including myself at times when I'm not mastering my mindset).
Lastly, we touch on intuition, creating space and stillness to the answers to come, and not always reaching for the next big thing. Plus, I adore their take on the importance of creating from abundance versus scarcity.
So, tune in and listen to this episode, especially if you need a dose of faith and trust. You'll complete adore it. Grab your matcha, your coffee, or your Four Sigmatic and hang out with us three for the hour.
About Rock Your Bliss:
Rock Your Bliss offers radical coaching to help you design a life that... well... rocks your bliss. They foster community through self-development practices, vulnerable conversations, and applicable tools.
Making Shift Happen is their motto. It’s how they live and how they thrive.
A transformation company founded by Jacki Carr and Mary Beth LaRue, they offer a unique combination of yoga + coaching which brings action to intention. It's how dreams become reality. Through years of friendship, many sweaty yoga classes and game-changing conversations over green juice or coffee, Jacki, and Mary Beth found a combination that is truly life-altering.
In this episode, you'll learn:
- What bliss means to them. "Bliss not as a facade, but as a moment to moment reality that I choose." - Jacki Carr
- How to practice trust and how Jacki and Mary Beth have individually have learned to trust themselves and each other in their friendship and business.
- How Mary Beth trusts that everything works out as it should, especially in the moments when it feels like a free fall or everything is on the line.
- How on the other side of trust is transformation. (+ The intuitive nature of trust).
- "I need trust like I need air, and sunlight, and water." - Mary Beth LaRue
- That you can show up trusting life or you can show up like the world is out to get you.
- That when you are grounded and present, it's an amazing time to call in what you are desiring. (+ That the universe is unfolding as it should and life is unfolding as it should).
- "Its about being as present as I possibly can to what's occurring in my life. And not evening spending time labeling something as good or bad, but instead just being present for all that is occurring." - Mary Beth LaRue
- How our fear brain wants to attack, plan for disaster, and always look for the worst case scenario. When instead, how to tune into that love-based voice in our head or intuition and shift the focus.
- Intentional social media use and making sure you're not using it to fill the void or drown out your feelings.
- How important it is to carve out space for yourself and why it's vital to get even ten minutes of solo time and space.
- "If you watch a tree that isn't producing fruit, you might think it's done producing fruit, but it's not. It's getting the energy to create something else." - Mary Beth LaRue
- The importance of creating from abundance versus scarcity.
- "It's this balance of loving what is and then having the trust and the collaboration with the universe to create. But if you don't start with the relaxed state of gratitude, then we approach it from a place of scarcity." - Mary Beth LaRue
