The other day, somebody messaged me: Kim, you make it all look so easy. But that’s wrong. I don’t make it LOOK easy, I DESIGN it to be easy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of shredding, trying to make money, and living your life all at the same time, then this episode is for you. I’m not saying it’s easy to juggle all these demands, but you can certainly make it a heck of a lot easier by preventing yourself from becoming a victim of your own body. Here’s how…
Due to special demand, here it is - a very special live training session I gave to teach people like you just how I made my millions. Oh yes, baby, it’s all in here: every detail of how I went from disgruntled yoga teacher to buzzing millionaire. There’s no fluff here. This is the down in the dirt nitty gritty. If you don’t take away at least one shiny golden nugget of information that will transform your attitude to making money then you can call me Al. Let’s get it on.
So many of you ask me this question: how do I cope when my nearest and dearest won't support me? Well, my lovelies, I've been there, bought the t-shirt and planted my flag. When a girl from a working class family in Belfast decides she's going to stand on stage and strike a pose that her relatives consider should only be seen in a porn mag, how much support do you suppose she gets? That’s right, zero. So how did I cope? And how can you deal with the same situation, whether it’s your health & fitness, your personal life, or your business life? Plug in and listen up.
Some of the worst times in your life can be when somebody gets really angry with you. It can be devastating. Well, maybe I can help you here. At my personal coaching session this week, we explored a few incidents in my life where blame and responsibility had raised their ugly heads. From the time I was at school and had the confidence ripped from me by an angry teacher, to an accidental pregnancy that caused a serious rift between me and my husband. This is one of my most emotional podcasts yet, but don’t worry there’s a happy ending to all of this, and more than a few insights and tips so that you can deal with any angry incidents in your life with all the calm of a zen master. Let’s go… thesculptedvegan.com
You cannot make time. But you can juggle with it, kick it around a bit, and tweak its nose. Relax, listeners, I haven’t lost my mind. But people are always asking me how I find the time to sculpt my body, raise four kids, and run a successful business. Some people even accuse me of having more time than everybody else. But I swear, I haven’t invented the 30-hour day. For years, I thought I’d never find the answer to that question. But after copious amounts of research and experimentation, I found a way to make the most of the time I have. My business, my training, and my family life have never looked back. thesculptedvegan.com
Coming to the end of a diet or shred can be a very emotional time if you’ve not mentally prepared for it. If you’re not careful, you get sucked into a kind of half-off half-on limbo where you’re not shredding but you’re not doing anything else either. Let me tell you - that’s hell on earth. But fear not, listener, I have just the strategy for you. I reveal the very first thing I do after I finish a shred - you’re sure to be surprised. And I introduce you to one of the most powerful tools for keeping mind and body totally balanced - the infinity goal. Let’s crack on… thesculptedvegan.com
You and I, we’re always honest with each other. So, this week I’m really going to lay myself bare in the hope that, in learning what I’m embarrassed about in myself, it’ll help you in your own journey of self-discovery. You’ll learn how I deal with financial pressure (why do I do better when I’m in the financial sh*t?), why I still love to hate parts of my body, my perspective on marital power dynamics, and why I’m okay in having no idea where to find my daughter’s pyjamas. thesculptedvegan.com
A short while ago, I blew up Instagram by suggesting that too much fruit can make you fat. A lot of people completely lost their minds because I said this, and the whole brouhaha became known as “fruitgate”. In this week’s show I’ll explain why I said it, what I learned about human behaviour from the whole crazy episode, and explain how to use food as a tool instead of an emotional crutch. It’ll give you a completely new perspective on foods that are “good” for you. Listen on. thesculptedvegan.com
Everybody has an opinion on parenting - especially the way I do it. You see, I was brought up in a very traditional way, which caused me all sorts of problems in my early adult life. When I became pregnant for the first time I was determined to find another way of parenting: a way to raise my kids to be full of joy, and to avoid the kind of controlling behaviour that can fill kids with fear. That’s when I discovered “un-schooling”. So what’s the philosophy behind it? And just how does it work in the real world? Listen in to find out. thesculptedvegan.com
Oh dear. Well, this all began when an internet troll decided to criticise the state of my house’s window sills. I kid you not. Living life on the internet as a health & fitness influencer, as I do, I get used to this kind of nonsense, and much worse. But it did get me worrying about people who are less thick-skinned. So, if your life is ever blighted by haters and trolls, on the internet or off it, here’s how to deal with the little b**gers.
