Jade launched her own brand of premade fans in January 2019; PreJades. The Jade Jones Academy was launched this year which aims to teach the correct application of premade fans. Jade hosted the worlds first ever International online competition for Premade Fans only in 2019; the Premade Pro 2019 Online Competition which will continue to run annually.

Jade held her first judging roles in 2019 for the Lash Festival hosted by the Eyelash Emporium and Lash Master 2020. Jade will judge The Lash Social, Lash Master Evolution and Lash Diamond in 2020 to date. She has also been featured in many magazines for her lash work and PreJades.

In the uk to learn eyelash extensions and has been a lash trainer for more than 10 years. Her 3 salons are award winning with award winning therapists and lash artists working in two of them.

The cambridge lash company has sponsored many lash events around the world and in the uk. Lucy has judged lash competitions including a world wide beauty competition called world Skills which was held in Abu Dhabi in 2017. She is currently a judge for the first national health and beauty awards 2019.

Lucy has won multiple awards herself including business person of the year and has been recognised for an award for women in business.

Caz qualified as a Hypnotherapist & Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) having been trained by the world renowned leader Marisa Peer. She has always been interested in the mind and when it does not work to our advantage wanted to know how it can be changed. After she graduated from university with a 1st Class Hons in Psychology she then worked in the Pharmaceutical world in Clinical Research. She wanted treatments to help. She did this for 18 years and was really successful, working as a Global Manager supporting the business to understand the root causes of when things went wrong and then designed solutions to address those root causes. Fair to say Caz always wants to get to the heart of the matter. Now albeit Caz was doing great in her career she knew something was not fulfilling her. She suffered Post Natal Depression after the birth of her first child and at that point looked up RTT. She tried antidepressants, CBT and counselling. Sure they helped but somehow the pain inside was not recovered - she was surviving and was fed up being in survival mode and just having coping strategies. The RTT changed everything for her. She not only rid herself of feelings such as guilt, depression, low self esteem but also decided to leave her 18 year career to train and become an RTT Therapist. She dealt with her money blocks and fears to set up her own business. Never looking back, being grateful for the lessons from her past - she turned her pain into purpose, freed herself from the past. Caz's story was one of trauma. She grew up in a home with an alcoholic father, she and her brothers lived in fear, walking on eggshells the whole time. She felt alone, scared. When she had her first child all of those feelings of being alone and scared came back to the forefront and that was a dark place for her. She had numbed the pain out yet had not realised (until RTT) that the numbing had held her back, caused her depression and her self sabotaging behaviours e.g. her bad relationship with money, her bad relationship with drink, attracting the wrong people in her life. Caz's nature is non-judgemental and her purpose is to make those that are in that survival mode (depression, anxiety, fear of something e.g. presenting, business fears) feel good enough and to have inner compassion, remove that inner critic and the wonderful realisation that nothing is perfect as no one can be perfect, we are human and we make errors. Caz's job is to smash away those limiting beliefs, those harsh critical words we say to ourselves and create a self-love and compassion that will enable you to live life to the full! To thrive in all aspects of life and have abundance in life (love, health, wealth). She has seen client after client turn it around after they have worked on their inner critic and mindset.

I have been doing lash extensions for around five years now and I am also a qualified lash educator. The main reason I got into the lash world was because I was looking for a career that would work around my two small children. Also Being a stylist for 20 years, has given Nina the insight and experience to help current owners and stylists to grow a successful and sustainable business.
