Let’s talk about the MALE Menopause. 

The andropause is little known and seldom talked about, yet many middle aged men suffer from effects of falling testosterone levels and the physiological, mental and emotional changes this triggers.
In this episode James is flying solo as he covers the Andropause. He takes a look at what it is, the differences and similarities between the male and female menopause and some of the main symptoms.
He dives into the science to uncover what’s really going on with men's hormones and body, and how these changes can affect mood, libido, strength, confidence, motivation and stress.
James reveals what you can do naturally to work in harmony with these changes and finishes with actionable hacks you can start implementing straight away to lessen the impact of andropause, and start living a healthier, happier life.
