Ben Greenfield walks his talk. He's one of the top health and fitness experts in the world because he's experimented with thousands of things firsthand and monitored the results that he got with his body. What works is shared ravenously; what doesn't is discarded. Pretty simple formula, but you've got to have some serious kahunas to do it.
I'm truly excited to have Ben on because he has a wealth of knowledge in so many different areas of health. Today you're going to learn some effective (yet little known) strategies for fat loss, surprising facts about building muscle, and even the real reason why Ben partakes in heart-pumping endurance events like triathlons and Spartan races (and it's not about fitness).

Good health begins and ends with our digestion. It’s never really been “you are what you eat.” It’s really you are what you assimilate, and the health of your digestive tract plays a huge role in this.
Today we have on Dr. Jillian Teta to take us on an epic tour of the digestive system. You’re going to learn about this amazing internal world that’s operating within you right now as we speak. You’re going to find out some of the common problems that take can place in the gut, some of the bigger issues that result from poor digestive health (like autoimmune diseases), plus how you can start turning it around today.
This might be one of our most valuable episodes to date because, well, everybody eats! We’re covering lots of incredible stuff, so click play, enjoy, and (most importantly) put what you learn into action for yourself.

This is my story. There was a time when I didn’t think that my story mattered. There was a time when I didn’t think that I mattered… Today I’m sharing the story of how I was able to breakthrough mind, body, and spirit, and how you can too.
Many things that I’m sharing in this episode I haven’t shared publicly before. It wasn’t the easiest thing to talk about at some points, but if anyone can glean some wisdom or insight from it then I’d do it all over again 100 times.
I ask that you share this episode with someone you care about who may be in a place of struggle. Whether it’s with their health, their relationship, their finances, or anything else, I truly feel that this will be a much needed gift to help them see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Mike Dolce is a game-changer.
He has helped athletes go from good to great for years, but what he’s doing to the face of sports performance is legendary.
We all know that our society looks to athletes as a hallmark of what health and fitness should look like. The problem is that for decades top athletes have allowed their likeness to be slapped onto sports drinks, energy bars, breakfast cereals and other processed junk that is clinically proven to cause things like blood sugar disorders, gut dysbiosis, allergies, mineral deficiencies, and even obesity.
The athletes we admire as a society often train for hours a day, yet the foods they recommend are mostly consumed by people with a sedentary lifestyle and, even worse, young children.
Mike has ushered in a brand new approach to fitness and nutrition that’s based on earth-grown nutrients and real food. His athletes dominate their sport and also dominate the headlines (maybe you’ve heard of Rowdy Ronda Rousey?), which is making the rest of the world take note in a major way and making The Dolce Diet become a household name.
Mike’s approach and passion are helping us to move out of the junk food and supplement dark ages and into the golden age of real food and true longevity. Find out what Mike’s tried-and-true approach to nutrition and exercise is, and the incredible story of how this legendary trainer got his start in the first place.

It’s not often that you meet someone like Steph Gaudreau.
After leaving a comfy job teaching high school science to pursue her passions in health and fitness, she’s one of the rare individuals who set out to reinvent themselves after you’d think that it was too late.
That’s the big issue. It’s the thinking involved that hinders so many of us. Steph didn’t make the leap without having fear. She didn’t take a huge risk knowing exactly what was going to happen. Fear was there, uncertainty was there, but she made the decision to do it anyway.
All of the changes in our lives start with a decision. It’s up to us to take control of our thinking and make the necessary adjustments we want to see in our lives. Whether it’s in our health, career, relationships, or anything else, it’s within our power to make the shifts necessary. And one of the interesting things Steph believes is that getting physically strong will make you mentally strong as well. Today you’re going to learn exactly what she means by that plus a whole lot more.
Steph runs several powerhouse health and fitness platforms. She created the ridiculously popular website StupidEasyPaleo.com where she shares recipes and other health-related info, she’s a bestselling author, and she also runs the the chart-topping podcast Harder to Kill Radio.
Today you’re going to hear about Steph’s story and how she made the transition from the conventional classroom to teaching online (and all over the world). You’re also going to learn some of the key insights that has enabled Steph to be so successful in helping other people, as well what her person fitness regimen looks like so you can see what keeps her fit, strong, and huge inspiration to others.

When we think about fat burning... we think about heat; we think about sweat; we think about going all out. Sure, those things are synonymous with burning fat work, but what if there was another way?
I was absolutely floored when I dug into the research regarding the benefits of cold thermogenesis. Not only is cold a powerful catalyst for burning fat, but the clinically proven impact on hormone function, accelerated recovery, and anti-aging effects should be something that all of us are interested in.
This powerhouse episode details what I've learned in my research and personal experimentation over the last year. You're going to learn how, in a strange way, our genes respond favorably to temporary cold exposure. You're also going to learn how to take advantage of this in the least challenging, most beneficial ways. Check it out and make sure to share your thoughts and insights in the comments below. Are you hot for being cold? Click play, listen in, and let me know!

What sets people who are achieving phenomenal results apart from those achieving average results is usually not skill or talent. People who achieve phenomenal results tend to simply do things differently from those who don't.
It may be in how they sequence things (maybe they eat high-carb foods after working out instead of before working out for example: hint, hint), it may be how they compile information to use or teach, it may be how they work with other people, it may be the habits they have.
One of the greatest habits I've seen in talking with some of the most successful people in the world in their respective fields is that they are proactive about being in mastermind groups.
What is a mastermind group, and why are they so valuable to high achievers?
Well, the answer isn't as cut and dry as it may seem. That's why I brought on one of the most successful people I know to talk about mastermind groups, how they work on the inside, and how to get the most from them.
Once you find out these insights, you can be able to find or form mastermind groups of your own to 10X the results in pretty much any area of your life. Health, relationships, parenting, business, you name it. Instead of trying to always figure things out on your own, being a part of a mastermind gives you access to resources that you simply can't get anywhere else. Let's go!

Sometimes I wonder how things that are so simple can be so powerful (and yet so overlooked). When we talk about fasting, we are talking about something that's deeply connected to the highest expression of our genes.
Fasting, itself, is an epigenetic trigger that "turns on" certain programs inciting your DNA to print out better copies of you. To put it simply, fasting can make you sexier, well... fast.
You're about to go on a life-changing ride and discover how fasting impacts your brain function, metabolism, aging process, and more. And I guarantee you'll be compelled to make some changes in your life to at least get a slice of what the health benefits of fasting can deliver.
There are many different types of fasts, but you can actually get most of the benefits while still being able to eat everyday if you utilize one of the strategies I'm going to share with you.
The benefits of fasting are clinically proven in study after study, and they're just too good to pass up. Time to learn the facts, dispel the myths, and utilize a plan to keep you healthy for many years to come!
