There’s a lot of conflicting information in the online space about how to create successful program launches. So as someone who has consistent six and multi six figure launches, I really wanted to share my own perspective on how to see the best possible results when launching a new offering.
As creative people, it’s important for us to follow our inspiration and work with that creative flow of expression. It's also vital to recognise the value in planning, and I believe the number one reason I see the amazing results that I do comes down to creating a solid plan.
In this episode I run you through my own process of creating a launch, from ideation to execution, and encourage you to implement some practical strategies in your own business.
While the thought of sitting down and formulating a solid strategy can be overwhelming, it’s in fact the approach that will save you the most time and energy in the long run. Today I give you permission to organise to plan your calendar for months ahead, knowing that you are far more likely to bring to life what it is you want if you operate from a place of strategy and organisation.
I talk about the approach I took in creating a clear launch runway that allowed me to work backwards from the end goal I had in mind. Having clarity on your overall objective is key, and will support you to consider what steps to take that will lead people to your offering.
Inevitably, there are moments of stress during a launch that make it difficult to create. I run you through my process of mapping out my content arc, and how this supported me to get clear on my messaging and let the creative process naturally unfold. Knowing your overall themes will give you the structure you need to push through creative blocks and find your voice.
In my view, it’s better to have a plan and change it than to have no plan at all. And to manifest anything in life, you need to be able to both call in and be really clear on what it is you're wanting to create.
