Questions from the team this week;
How to approach clients being unresponsive to emails for check-ins/not joining Facebook group/monthly reviews? Wasn’t included in price before so not sure how to firstly get them to value it, then actually fill them in. They all say they are very happy with service which makes me think I don’t need to change much and don’t want to keep badgering them
How you would structure and enquiry call, questions things like that etc.
Do you need two seperate routes for 1:1 & online coaching - e.g. pre-consult, consult, onboarding
Do you think it's possible to move fully online too soon?
How can you deal with potential clients / members in the gym believing BS advice from other PTs. Is it more talking to the team about their knowledge or giving education out to the members and hoping they believe you.
I’ve start a daily email to my small list with hopes to row my list and engagement with my audience. Would you say it’s ok repeating what I also post on social media or do email need to feel more exclusive?
When presenting an offer at the end of a consultation, should I list the prices of the features alongside clarifying their need for the benefits or just the price?
Would you recommend increasing prices for clients that have been with you 6+ months when you worked out there should be an increase of over £150. (one of first clients and was undercharging LOADS but didnt realise at the time)
I have a client who paid for the month, then 1 week in they got injured and need to take 2-3 weeks off. How do I deal with this regarding payment? Should I refund the remaining 3 weeks and restart once back? Or change prices to online with no 1 2 1 session? Any tips on how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated 🙂
I'm receiving a lot of enquires from the PureGym PT page/website where the only contact options are: 'email me' button or listing my phone number. So I'm missing phone calls, and it's taking a lot of time to reply to emails/texts etc. Any ideas of how I can automate this? (Don't think I can add linktree and they don't list our social pages etc)... Many thanks
I’ve had a really shit month last month. Had about 8 clients leaving. 2 are getting married in the next few months can’t afford it. Ones away to the Navy, one said she was in misery from doms so refused to come back, a few saying they can’t afford it because of Christmas. How do I stop myself taking a mental breakdown (jk our therapy session is book in for tomorrow at 9 see you then) no but I’ve been panicking a little with the huge drop, what do you recommend I do
Have you any advice for supporting an online client through an injury? Physio is booked for Wednesday and current workout programme is on hold until we find out what the issue is. Thanks so much!
When moving from commercial to private gyms, what are the things PT's tend to struggle with most?
