When it comes to physical fitness, self-described "jackhammer" Adam says that vigorous lifting is the best way to get in shape, while Blake argues that leisurely "marathon-ish" runs are more effective. But jackhammering your way into a potential partner's love life? That's a surefire way to destroy a relationship.
