Leemon McHenry is an Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at California State University, Northridge. He received his PhD from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and after 30 years of university teaching, he began work as a consultant in medical ethics with the law firm, Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman in Los Angeles. This work led to his collaboration with Dr. Jon Jureidini on the subject of corruption of clinical research which has been published as "The Illusion of Evidence Based Medicine".
