On Sunday night a group of 35 wedding guests boarded a bus back to their accommodation after enjoying a night with their friends at a wedding in the New South Wales Hunter Valley.
Police are still trying to piece together exactly what happened next.
The crash has taken the lives of ten people, while others are fighting for theirs in hospital.
While the survivors and community try to come to terms with what has happened, another group will be fighting against trauma they've witnessed...the first responders.
In this episode of The Quicky, we find out what it's like to get the call to something like that crash, the training involved to be able to put all emotions aside to save others, and the ways in which that trauma can return years after the site is cleared.
