Stephen talks to us about how he thinks power meters should be banned from road races. Do you agree?

We also spent the day hanging out with Cycling Maven. Maven was in Dublin for a few days working between Giro d'Italia and the Tour de France. We managed to catch up with him and show him around the city. We'll have a vlog featuring him out early next week.

In our landmark episode we revisit the controversial topic in our last episode - bunch crashes in A4 races. The topic has become more prevalent in recent days following some big get downs in last weekend's Paddy Flanagan race. We offer solutions to solving the problem, and take suggestions live on air.

As criterium season is under way, the lads give their tips for the safest and most successful results for your crit season. After spending years crit racing professionally across Europe and America, Anthony and Aaron share their experiences and memories.

Also in this show, we visit the ever controversial subject of Lance Armstrong. With the "Whistle Blower" case set for decision in November the battle has already started. Counsel for both the prosecution and defense are seeking to have witnesses disqualified. If Armstrong loses the November case he's set to pay out up to $100 million in Damages.

Anthony & Aaron are fresh off the Wicklow 200. The Wicklow 200 was their first taste of sportive life. Riding a Sportive/Gran Fondo for the first time threw up some funny stories but also a new respect for this side of our sport.

The lads also look back at one of the Criterium de Dauphine. The final stage was one of the most tense we've seen in years. Jakob Fuglsang was on the attack with Dan Martin late and this proved to be decisive. Jakob Fuglsang (Astana Pro Cycling) would take the overall win. Richie Porte finished up second on GC with Dan Martin (Quick step Floors) rounding out the podium.

The A4 race in Newbridge this past weekend has raised a debate in Irish cycling. What can we do to make A4 racing safer? The race was called to a halt as a result of a huge crash with numerous broken bones. The lads propose a simple strategy which could solve the problem.

The lads are back for episode number 28!

Anthony and Aaron talk doping ethics and the use of altitude tents in training to stimulate an increased red blood cell count after the criterium du dauphine leader Thomas de Gendt announced he used one over the last few months. Both agree the line has to be drawn somewhere but don't believe altitude tents should be considered doping.

They speak to a former member of the Irish track commission Aidan Rede about the arrival of an Irish velodrome and discuss where cycling Ireland should aim their resources.

They talk about the team sky and the British cycling fallout.

They talk about the Dauphine and how richie porte dominated the TT beating world TT champ Tony Martin in the process. He also put time into his rivals Alberto Contador and Chris Froome.

The lads talk about the wicklow 200 this coming weekend that they are both taking part in. They also give you some last minute advice for anyone taking part in the event in Wicklow this coming Sunday.
