Jen distinguished herself as talented and hard-working, quickly rising through the ranks to become the company’s general manager. Under Jen’s leadership, in less than two years the company nearly doubled its annual sales.

In late 2019, Jen formed her own company, Roofing Utah. Today, Roofing Utah is one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Utah.
