Heidi Moneymaker is an award-winning stuntwoman, an actress, fitness personality, entrepreneur and now has her hands in stunt-coordinating. She trains out of the prestigious stunt studio, 87Eleven in Los Angeles, CA. 

  She’s of the most sought after stuntwomen in Hollywood, performing in huge movies such as Iron Man, Black Widow, The Avengers, John Wick, The Hunger Games to name a few. Adding to her incredible body of work, she has been Scarlett Johansson's trusted stunt double for over 9 years now.     Heidi’s mental framework growing up as an elite level gymnast from has played a huge role in her outstanding performances- in addition to her fearless approach to action, she is an absolute team player.  She operates from an “ALL FOR ONE” attitude, caring deeply how her performance affects the teams she works with.  It's the mindset of a true leader.    One thing that really stands out to me that takes her badassary to the next level is how playful she is. Maycee "The Future" Barber is a 21-year-old highly skilled, Mixed Martial Artist from Wisconsin, who fights in the UFC. She holds 7 professional wins, no losses, and a powerful mental framework that has her on track to becoming a rising star.    Her entrance into the UFC was officially made with her impressive win in the Octagon, featured on Dana White's Contender Series in 2018. She’s an exciting fighter with power and a relentless style.    One of the first things that really got my attention with Maycee was her incredible confidence. In the latest Solosode, I share 5 powerful questions I use to checkIN with mySelf to support higher INternal + external progress through the remainder of the year. 

While it’s commonly suggested to check in with the progress we are making towards the goals we set for ourselves within it at the start of the year (AKA the EXTERNAL aspects of our life); I employ a different checkIN focus for advancing my progress and performance in the year. 

These 5 thought-provoking questions focus on the INternal happenings within mySelf + in my experience offer a much more powerful, holistic approach to generating more progress + higher performances towards our goals.

Whatever we are feeling, thinking + focusing on within IS directly impacting our external progress + performance. It ALWAYS starts from withIN.

I loved creating this episode (even with stuffy sinuses haha) + I trust it will offer some support for you to elevate your self-awareness, self-connection + your ability to CRUSH your desired goals as we move through the bottom half of 2019.
