Faith and I have so much in common: we both attended the illustrious Florida A&M University, on the highest of Seven Hills; both only children that lost our fathers at a young age; hell, we even dated the same guy *not at the same time*; but perhaps the greatest bond that connects us today is our journey to sobriety. 

Join Faith and I as we reminisce on our time spent in college and discuss toxic drinking culture. We also talk sobriety, fitness, and forging your own path.
