Nancy started her hair care business back when clean beauty was just getting started, and the movement really hadn't hit the haircare space. She used her savings to start the business and started a sampling strategy to get traction. 

After six years, she brought in an investor and within 10 years had built a nine-figure company that soon sold to Wella.
