Many people ask me how I keep going strong on No Real Jewelry after all these years. I've been working on this blog for the past 3 years consistently. The answer that I always give is discipline. I had to develop discipline in order to make No Real Jewelry into what you see now. If I waited until I felt like it, I never would have done it.Waiting for inspiration is the death of many dreams and goals. Today’s episode of The Sunday Jump Start Podcast is near and dear to my heart. I've learned to guard my vision the hard way. I've shared things and ended up with the "boo boo" face because it didn't happen the way I thought. It's loud and insistent and sometimes if I'm not careful, it swallows me up whole. I'll begin to believe it. It affects the way I run my business. Sometimes I won't hit "publish" on an article or pitch a sponsor because that voice will whisper; "Jess you're just not good enough".
