I’m taking you behind the scenes today to unpack some of the crucial elements that led to my recent $145k launch of The Mastermind Model. It might come as a surprise that I still use a traditional launch method in my business and in this episode, I share why I believe this works so well and take you through key aspects of my methodology for a successful online launch.
With rapid changes occurring in the online space, a natural response is to think you need to burn everything down to the ground and start again. But the real solution is to double down on the things that are most important.
Today I’m taking you through the various phases of my online launch, being ideation, pre-pre-launch, pre-launch, early bird, and full cart open period. Although this process might seem conventional, it provides a grounding framework that has yielded results time and time again. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel! By taking a systematic approach, you’re able to demonstrate your credibility, expertise and authority to build trust with your audience, which means more sales.
In this economic landscape, people are more discerning about their buying decisions, which is why it’s absolutely essential to get your messaging right. The 'pre pre-launch' phase of my launch strategy highlights the importance of this. During this phase, I communicate across my socials and entire content to speak to the problem that I'm addressing in my upcoming offer. When it comes to a successful launch, focusing on the right problem and effectively communicating that to your audience is far more crucial than just increasing your visibility.
The surprising element of my $145k product launch lies not in groundbreaking innovation but in the refinement and strategic application of traditional methods. I emphasise the importance of understanding what works, tweaking where necessary, and having a process that guides you through from ideation to cart closed.
