Heartbreak has a way of changing everything. It can make the world feel unfamiliar, leave you questioning yourself, and convince you that no one could possibly understand the weight you're carrying.

In this special episode, I wanted to do something different. I'm reading an essay I wrote over the last ten days about heartbreak, what it really feels like, why it can be one of the most devastating experiences of our lives, and the hope that still exists even when you can't see it.
