Why journal?

Over the last 10 years the self-help industry has grown to over a 10-billion dollar industry. Life coaches and gurus popping up left and right, seminars costing $3,000+ and growth books are great, but they leave you crash and burn type motivation!

We can get all amped up (think new years high) but then there's a massive let down when the motivation doesn't last.
