In this episode, I had the pleasure of having Kate Ruehle with me. In February 2019, her son, Warren, took his life by suicide. She is now sharing her story with others to bring awareness to others. 

In the last several years the numbers of children taking their own lives has tripled. Please listen to her story and share with all parents. Her story is one of devastating heartbreak. Kate is on a mission to spread awareness and prevention.
