Do you feel like you are doing all the things when it comes to marketing?
There’s social media, email, networking, speaking, one to ones, podcasting, video, blogging. I see so many business owners doing a little bit of everything. But I’m hear to tell you, you don’t have to and you shouldn’t.
You don’t a lot of time or a lot of extra money to put in marketing efforts that “might work.” Let’s get smarter and leverage what the data tells us.
Whether you know it or not, you’re already creating a culture of community in your business. So let’s be intentional about it. As brick and mortar business owners, it may not be a high priority. After all, you’re juggling a lot of things.

The Rebel Women Workshop - How to Maximize Video in your Business. FREE! May 20th, 1pm. https://www.msmelissarose.com/videoworkshop
Coaching Brick and Mortar business owners has it’s set of challenges. One of the most common is mindset.
“There’s not enough time," or “It’s too late,” or “I’m too old.”
Many people get trapped in their own heads. The self talk and negative mindset can keep them from growing, or even worse from even starting!
But not this powerhouse. This woman who could of used all the same excuses and she would of been given a pass. After all, she’s fifty. She should be starting to slow down and “enjoy life a bit more.” But let’s be real, then she wouldn’t be on the podcast.
Meet Kim Black from Burlington, NC. Miss Kim opened her brick and mortar dance studio at the age of 50 during COVID - a global pandemic. And y’all, she didn’t just survive - she CRUSHED IT! With over 400 students within six months!
She's the definition of a Rebel Woman! And I had to share her story with all of you.

Hiring is a big job. It takes time, energy, & additional resources. Of course this is usually at a time when you feel like you don’t have any of it. So there is nothing worse than when you make a hire and find out a few months later that it was a bad one.🤦🏻♀️
But let’s put the odds in our favor.
When I work with my clients on hiring, I’m usually helping them get a personal assistant or someone who is part-time. When a client needs a bigger hire, I refer Jessica Klatt. She helps her clients get the right people in the right seats and the bonus? She’s amazing to work with. My clients have had huge success with her expertise.

As a Brick and Mortar Visibility Coach, I want you to have more clients coming in your doors. But not just any clients. I want you to have loyal, referring, raving clients that buy all the things from you.
So how do we get them?
One tip. What’s your wow factor? It’s as unique as you are. It can be anything. From before they even come into your doors, to the actual experience to days after they purchase. To make my point, I share a personal story of my auto repair shop and how this auto shop Wowed me by doing something that was so simple. But it got me to be loyal to them, refer them to everyone, and more importantly - spend my money.
