This week we have the ever-so-fun John Farris join us once again to recap his amazing experience overseas in Scotland, where he undertook one of the more difficult footraces in the world: the Cape Wrath Ultra. We hear about his epic trek across the Highlands, and pepper him with questions that he can only answer with his Farris Flair.
