For 18+ years, Megan has been a passionate coach and mentor for novice and professional athletes. 9 years ago she became an avid speaker for suicide prevention/distress tolerance as a widow to suicide loss. No, it’s not a joke, I’m a licensed relationship therapist and I’m divorced. Though divorce was never in my plans, I earned my master’s degree from OSU, with a thesis focused on divorce and coparenting.

My goal as a relationship therapist is to help others experience confidence by building safe, secure, and connected relationships, whether that’s in a marriage relationship or not. I implement trauma informed therapy practices to create a safe place of healing, honesty, and growth for those who are ready to rewrite the script of their story.

While I am honored to be able to sit with people in
their stories and witness them stepping into their
power, my favorite title is “dad”. Whether it’s 20 rounds of shoots and ladders, 2 hours at the playground, or 8 bedtime stories, I love spending time with my kids. I’m an outdoor enthusiast, avid basketball fan (Go Jazz!), love learning and can never read enough books.

Emma Belle is English and lives in Dubai. She a Mentor to those living with Bipolar and also to parents going through TFMR Baby Loss. She is the founder of Not for profit called TFMR Mamas, an organisation that helps families after TFMR Baby loss. TFMR is Baby loss due to Termination for Medical or Birthing persons Heath reasons. 

She set up this organisation in 2020 after going through this type of baby loss. She was told at the beginning of her second trimester of pregnancy that her daughter, Willow, had Edwards Syndrome and would likely die in utero before reaching term or if she did make it to full term was only expected to live a few hours or days after birth and would likely not leave the hospital due to the extensive medical support needed. 

After 5 rounds of fertility treatment this is not a decision she or her husband imagined they would ever have to face and make. They made the heartbreaking ‘choice’ to say goodbye to their desperately wanted baby girl and start to navigate life after loss. 

Emma now helps others that sadly walk the same path, whilst also working with hospitals and clinics globally to improve care pathways and provide more bereavement and trauma informed care for TFMR parents.

Lauren is long-time dater, turned dating and relationships author. After going on over 200 dates throughout her 20s and 30s, she felt called to write about and normalize all of the struggles modern daters deal with today, especially when using dating apps. She recently published her first book called Looking for Something Serious, in which she uses her 10-year dating journey to discuss the many pitfalls of dating today, like ghosting, situationships, repeated rejection, and losing hope in dating altogether.
