Sandy Kruse, BA, RHN, is a Holistic Nutritionist and host of the Sandy K Nutrition Health & Lifestyle Queen Podcast. 

When Sandy developed thyroid cancer after her 5-year-old daughters tumor diagnose, she decided to become her own health advocate. She went back to school to learn how to make better food and lifestyle choices for herself and her family.
