Timothy Tang spent years dealing with panic attacks, health anxiety, and waves of depression. Every time he thought he was making progress, anxiety would show up again.

It started in 2015. Long work hours, a stressful commute, and relationship struggles built up until one day, he had a panic attack in the middle of a Home Depot. From that moment on, every symptom felt like a warning sign of something serious. His mind wouldn’t let it go.

Therapy, medication, self-help books – he tried it all. Nothing worked. Then he found the Bye Bye Panic mentorship program.

For the first time, he understood what was keeping anxiety going. Instead of trying to control every symptom, he learned how to respond differently. Setbacks stopped feeling like proof he was failing and became part of the process.
