What these marketing schemes aren't transparent about is the toxic chemicals included in these products such as mercury, which can cause toxicity and poisoning leading to tremors, changes in vision and hearing, and memory problems). These products also include PFOAs and PTFEs. These have been linked to cancer, endocrine disruption, and reproduction harm.
